How can I return an item I purchased?

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed the same or next day, and ship within two business days of the order being placed. When your order ships, you'll receive confirmation and tracking information at the email you used to place the order.
Do you ship to Canada, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or APO/FPO boxes?

When will I receive my order?
It depends on your location, the shipping speed chosen, and other factors, but typically, within 2 - 9 days of placing an order. If you need a package sooner, select a faster shipping option at checkout.

How do I register my new WEN product?
No registration is needed. Keep your proof of purchase (included order date, place of purchase, and order number) and record your model number and serial number, in case you ever need to file a warranty claim, or in the unlikely event of a product recall. Check our Product Registration page for more information.
Is my warranty valid in countries other than the US or Canada?
No. Please refer to the warranty statement in your product's manual for more information, or check out our Warranty Statement.
Where can I find one of your authorized service centers?

Manuals
I lost the manual for my product. Where can I get a new one?
Enter your product's model number in the search bar above. The webpage for each model has that model's manual posted below the description.
The information in my copy of the manual doesn't match the information in the online copy. What gives?
Due to our efforts to continuously improve our products and manuals, the information between the two versions may not correspond perfectly. If you have any questions about anything in your manual, please feel free to contact us.
