When your order ships we will notify you via email. If your order is over 150 pounds, a carrier will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. Be sure to reach out to us if anything seems unusual with the progress of your shipment.
Our free standard shipping offer is available in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses do not qualify. Shipping provider for standard shipping is selected at WEN's discretion.
Return Policy
WEN Products is committed to building quality and reliable tools that provide dependability for years to come. Our return policy is consistent with this dedication to quality, allowing you to receive replacement parts and access to service technicians as needed for the duration of your purchase’s warranty. Just email us at techsupport@wenproducts.com or call us at 1-800-232-1195 in order to arrange necessary repairs. Coverage for commercial users varies depending on the item, but usually lasts between one to two years. Specific warranty information can be found in the back of each item’s instruction manual.
If you decide that your WEN purchase isn’t right for you, you’ll have up to 30 days to return it with the receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs in these cases must be covered by the buyer. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was received including all manuals and packaging to avoid being subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will receive your refund within approximately 5 to 7 business days after the returned item arrives back at our warehouse. Spare replacement parts cannot be returned; all sales of spare replacement parts are final.
